Successful candidates will benefit from:

  • Permanent assistance  from the Lyon Convention and Exhibitions Bureau.
  • Coaching with an outside exhibition specialist consultant for the first year.
  • The support from a person belonging to the chosen event venue who will follow each step of the way to the final event.  
  • Interview and regular follow up from a concerned industry expert.

Financial Aid

Expobooster initiative will include :

  • financial aids, funding of necessary services linked to building a new professional trade show.
  • special prices for room and space hire for 3 years in a row : Free space hire for the 1st  year, 50% off the 2nd  year and 25% off the 3rd .

Free services :

  • TCL PASS : Free public transport for participants, exhibitors and visitors.
  • Welcome and information booths at stations, airports and on show floor. (depends on number of participants).
  • Usage of the LYON RESA hotel reservation system.
  • 1 free venue for an evening function.
  • Supply of office space in business incubator site.
  • Funding of an enterprise development package.
  • Press conference funding.
  • Hosted buyer program organization.

Expobooster beneficiaries will enjoy special attention from site holders and receive everything they need to make their event a reality and a success.
Other free services will be determined as the project matures.
