For a business lunch or just a moment of sheer relaxation, the Brasserie Lyon Plage whisks you away for an exciting culinary journey. Chef Georges Desriaux serves up home-made cuisine with fresh produces all year round.
Inside, the sea-themed decorative scheme, with wooden panels, boats and ropes, brings to mind the interior of a yacht. If the weather allows, the terrace outside is also superb! Comfortably seated by the hotel's magnificent swimming pool, you can enjoy the chef's creative home-made cuisine, with a menu of the day (starter, main course and dessert) at €28.50. The salmon or chicken Caesar salad is amazingly fresh, while the risotto with Chanterelle mushrooms and shavings of Parmesan cheese is sure to win over the gourmets among you. And no gourmet experience would be complete without trying the tempura prawn tails. Seafood takes pride of place with scallops, lobster and Muscat de Beaume-de-Venise gratin, sea bass with fennel and other delicacies. Not to forget the meat, including beef tartare, veal chops and more. You may already feel like you're on holiday, but let's not forget the desserts: Apple tart and salted caramel ice cream, duo of white and dark chocolate mousse, feuillantine pralinée (a layered praline dessert) and rose des sables (crunchy, light and chocolate-covered)...
