Brasserie des Confluences

Brasserie des Confluences ©
The Brasserie des Confluences opens its doors to share together a soft moment of gastronomy. In a contemporary design, surrounded with water, the Brasserie des Confluences is the result of a meeting between Jean-Paul Pignol and Guy Lassausaie.
A unique place in Lyon awaits you here, located between the Rhône and Saône rivers. The cuisine served by Chef Lassausaie and his team focusses on quality ingredients. Enjoy classic French dishes such as vol-au-vent with cockscombs and calf sweetbreads. How would you like to discover a polenta the likes of which you've never tasted before? To end on a sweet note, our staff will be delighted to recommend a rich or light dessert according to your fancy.
