The Ninkasi offers a full-service menu (burgers & home fries, hot dogs, bagels, XL salads, sundaes, milkshakes) on site, take-away or on delivery. A brewing place where 80% of the products come from the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

Serving brewery-inspired food, Le Silo has capacity for up to 150 diners for lunch or dinner. With two menus a year, giant salads and home-made desserts, Le Silo has a wide selection of small dishes packed with fresh ingredients. Le Silo brings a touch of originality through the use of beer, malt and barley in its cooking.
