This establishment is Chef Mathieu Rostaing-Tayard's restaurant. Here you'll be pleasantly surprised by the unusual but always well-controlled combinations of his daring and modern cuisine. A bistro atmosphere with a Nordic air.
The varied menu changes each week depending on the chosen ingredients. 2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts. Octopus and wakamé, olive and chocolate, bramble syrup with goats cheese sorbet… With wine, we are adventurous as well - we make decisions with our eyes closed and our palettes open. At Café Sillon, with its Nordic decor in this former Bouchon restaurant, we eat at the counter or on bistro tables with a view of the kitchen.
