Burgundy Lounge is a gastronomic restaurant dedicated to the wines of Burgundy. In a cosy and refined setting, Chef Axel Ruga, serves home-made cuisine with fresh, high quality products like foie gras or truffles.
Our menu focuses on fresh produce, as bought in the market of Quai Saint-Antoine that surrounds us, and quality products. French gourmet cuisine targeting perfect harmony with the great wines of Burgundy, the Burgundy Lounge holds the title of Master Restaurateur and Quality Restaurant Culinary College de France. In nearly 200 m², 4 areas with separate environments allow customers (35 to 40 places) to discover 10000 bottles in the cellar (800 references and 80 estates) selected mainly around "Little Burgundy": the vineyards of Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune and Chablis, to which a few champagnes are added. Once the wine has been chosen, because that is where everything begins, the chef Axel Ruga and the sommelier Hervé Baligand, offer their vision of the dishes, in perfect harmony with the wine. Burgundy Lounge is installed in a bustling district with a friendly environment, easy to access and with several car parks in the vicinity. Every day, at lunch and dinner, the team contributes to building the destiny of the venue. All united to offer a privileged and special moment.
