In the heart of the 9th arrondissement, the Tibone & Dorade restaurant invites you to sample flavourful, healthy cuisine, orchestrated by Chef William Louvel. Tibone & Dorade’s kitchen benefits from a wood-fired Josper® oven, that brings out all the flavours of fresh foods with truly delicious results. Fish and meat dishes prepared in this way are also healthier, as they do not become dried out or burnt during the cooking process. The menu has a colourful style with Mediterranean nuances. Lunch and dinner are served in the warm, modern dining room or in sunny weather on the comfortable, shaded outdoor terrace overlooking the Saône.
